As the real estate and construction industry is gearing up to build huge infrastructure and township projects, the threat of skilled manpower shortage is looming large over it. Companies are virtually in the process of poaching skilled manpower. This course develops ready to use and employable skilled manpower with supervisory skills which address the urgent need of this industry.

Organizations can immediately employ this highly skilled manpower and thus cater to their requirements for successfully completing their projects in time. These Building Supervisors will be trained in all aspects of construction, will be capable of handling large projects & work and will coordinate the work at site efficiently.

The curricula of this program combines and integrates the curricula prescribed by the Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Education (MSBVE) for the training of Building Site Supervisor with the curricula prescribed by the City & Guilds, UK for the Technician’s Certificate in Construction. Term III courses are drawn from the experience of ILO and the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.
